Role: Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Harayana

Job Purpose: To ensure sales (both volume and value) in the residential segment. Perform duties such as study the property listing, identify and accompany prospective clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts under the guidance of Team lead and City lead

Education : Graduate in Marketing or BBA with a specialisation in Marketing or Sales

Functional Skills: Understanding of the Real Estate Business, Handle a strong network of connections, Knowledge of pricing, market trends and CRM practices, Exposure to primary sales business, Tech Savvy

Key Responsibilities:

+ Achieve maximum revenue targets through primary sales in the residential segment

+ Develop strong relationships with end-customers and potential end-customers

+ Collaborate with sales agents across zones or territories

+ Remain up to date with latest market trends, business knowledge and technological advancements

Role: Assistant Manager Sales

Location: Gurgaon, Harayana

+ Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy

+ Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory

+ Train and evaluate the performance of the team

+ Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers
